Do not shrug or round shoulders or release chin tuck.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, place the hand on one side of the forehead.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the head in the direction of the hand against its resistance. hold. Breathe in, release the resistance and back to starting position. Repeat.
