Exercise - One hand Weight Bearing on Wall and Pillow




Do not bend/lock the elbow or arch your back.

Position : Stand
Stand facing the wall, holding the pillow elevate the arms forward to 90 degrees and rest the hand and pillow on the wall.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, keeping the elbow straight shift weight on the affect hand. Hold. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.
