Do not move the elbow or rotate the shoulder.

Position : Sit
Sit, rest the forearm on the thigh, thumb facing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the forearm towards the floor. Breathe in, rotate back to starting position. Repeat.
