Exercise - Palm Up




Do not move the elbow or rotate the shoulder.

Position : Sit
Sit on the table/chair, elbow bend to 90 degrees, rest the forearm on one leg such that thumb pointing towards the ceiling and fingers pointing forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the forearm such that palm is facing towards the ceiling. Breathe in, move the hand back to starting position. Repeat.
