Exercise - Prone row




Do not arch the back or round/shrug the shoulders

Position : Prone
Lie on the stomach, arms hanging by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the blades lift the arm towards the ceiling by bending the elbow to 90 degrees. Breathe in, lower back to the starting position. Repeat.
