Exercise - Q-ped Scapular Push with One Hand on Pillow




Do not round/arch the lower or mid back

Position : Q-ped
On 4s such that hands under the shoulders and knees under hips, place a pillow under the hands, lift one hand off the floor and rest it on the back.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, push the hand on the pillow towards the floor rounding the shoulder. Hold. Breathe in, release the push and un-round the shoulder. Repeat.
