DIRECTIONS

Position : Q-ped
On 4s such that hands under the shoulders and knees under hips.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, push the hands towards the floor rounding the shoulders. Hold. Breathe in, release the push and un-round the shoulders. Repeat.
