Exercise - Radial Deviation with Theraband




Do not bend the wrist forward or back or lift the forearm off the arm rest.

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on the arm rest of the chair such that hand is off the arm rest and thumb pointing towards the ceiling, hold the ends of the theraband with both hands placed one above the other.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the hand towards the ceiling stretching the band. Breathe in, lower it to the starting position. Repeat.
