Exercise - Resistance Tube Out-Rotation




Do not shrug/round the shoulder or move your elbow away from the trunk.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, place a towel roll between the elbow and trunk, bend the elbow to 90 degree such that hand facing forward, hold one end of the resistance tube and the other end tied to a stable surface on opposite side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the arm away from the body pulling the tube. Breathe in, rotate the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
