Do not curl or lift the toes off the floor

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair with feet on the floor and toes pointing forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, press the heel and the ball of the great toe on the floor such that the inner arch raises off the floor. Maintain the arch. Hold. Breathe in, release the press. Repeat.
