Exercise - Sitting Toe Curl




Do not move the ankle or leg

Position : Sit
Sit with feet on the floor, lift one leg off the floor such that toes pointing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, curl the toes towards the foot. Breathe in, straighten the toes. Repeat
