Exercise - Supine Punch Plus




Do not arch the back or shrug the shoulders.

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend to 90 degrees, elevate the arm to 90 degrees such that fist facing the ceiling and thumb pointing towards the body.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, punch the ceiling by rounding the shoulder. Breathe in, un-round the shoulder to starting position. Repeat.
