Exercise - Toe Walk Sideways




Do not bend the knee or rotate the leg or lower the heel.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart with toes poiting forward.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift both heels off the floor and walk on the toes sideways such that toes pointing forward. Repeat amd change the direction of sidewalk.
