Exercise - Towel Curl And Lift With Toes




Do not grip the towel between two toes or lift the foot off the floor.

Position : Stand
Stand with one foot placed on the towel.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, curl the toes such as trying to grip the towel between the tip and the base of the toes, lift the towel off the floor without lifting the heel. Breathe in, lower the towel towards the floor and release the toes curl. Repeat.
