DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by the side.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, thumbs pointing towards the floor, elevate the arms to 90 degrees such that arms are at 45 degrees away from the body. Breathe in, lower the arm to starting position. Repeat.
