Exercise - Blade Set Isometric




Do not shrug/round the shoulders or arch the back.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip width apart, bend the elbows to 90 degrees clasping the hands.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, pull the hands away from each other by squeezing the blades back and down. Hold. Breathe in, release the pull. Repeat.
