Exercise - Calf Stretch with Knee Flexed using Towel




Do not move the ankle in/out or straighten the knee

Position : Long Sitting
Sit with legs straight forward, place a pillow/towel roll under the knee such that knee is bend to 30 degrees, toes pointing towards the ceiling, loop a towel around the foot and hold either ends of the towel.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set and blades set. Breathe out, using the towel pull the foot towards you. Feel for the stretch on the calf. Hold. Release the pull.
