Exercise - Finger Abduction with Rubber Band




Do not bend or lock the fingers or move the wrist

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on the arm rest of the chair with palm facing forward, loop a rubber band around 2 fingers.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the fingers away from each other against the resistance of the band. Breathe in, move the fingers towards each other. Repeat.
