Exercise - Making Fist




Do not move the wrist .

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the exercising arm on the arm rest of the chair with hand off the arm rest and palm facing down.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Keep the fingers and the palm open. Breathe out, make a fist by closing all the fingers. Breathe in, open it to the starting position. Repeat.
