Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on the arm rest with hand off the arm rest, make a fist with palm facing towards the floor.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, draw the numbers with the fist in air. Repeat.
