Position : Stand
Stand beside 2 pillow next to the back rest of the chair, toes pointing forward.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, place the exercising leg on the stacked pillows and other leg off the floor. Maintain the balance on one leg.
