Exercise - Sitting Eversion Stretch with Hand




Do not move the lower leg or twist the toes

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, cross one leg over the other, move the foot away from you, place one hand over the foot.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, further move the foot away from you using the hand. Feel for the stretch in the inner aspect of the ankle and lower leg. Hold. Breathe in, release the stretch.
