Exercise - Sitting Inversion Stretch with Towel




Do not move the lower leg or twist the toes

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, cross one leg over the other, move the foot towards you, loop a towel around the ankle holding either ends with your hands.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, using the towel, further pull the foot towards you. Feel for the stretch on the outer aspect of the lower leg. Hold. Breathe in, release the pull.
