Exercise - Sitting Knee Flexion




Do not arch the back and toes pointing towards the ceiling

Position : Sit
Sit, one foot on the floor and straighten the other leg with toes pointing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck,blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the straighten knee towards the floor. Breathe in, straighten the knee to starting position. Repeat.
