Exercise - Stand Active Straight Row




Do not round/shrug the shoulders or move the elbow away from the trunk.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip width apart, elevate the arms forward to 90 degrees with thumbs pointing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the blades lower the arm towards the floor and close to the body. Breathe in, elevate the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
