DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand facing the wall, take a step forward with non-affected leg, rotate the foot of the back leg such that toes pointing towards the body and bend the knee of the back knee by 20 degrees.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, bend the forward knee into lunge position and lean on the wall. Feel for the stretch in the outer aspect of the calf of the back leg. Hold. Release the stretch by straightening the leg.
