Exercise - Standing In-Kick




Do not arch the back or bend the trunk in any direction.

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart such that toes pointing forward, arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the leg towards the center crossing the other leg. Breathe in, uncross the leg back to starting position. repeat.
