Do not release your chin tuck or bend your neck forward.

Position : Stand
Stand, place two fingers on the back of the head under the skull.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, push the skull in the direction of forehead as if trying to look down. Feel for the stretch under the fingers. hold. Breathe in, back to starting position.
