Exercise - Table Push-up with 2 Pillows




Do not release the chin tuck or arch the back or lock the elbows

Position : Stand
Stand facing a table, place 2 pillow on the table, rest the hands on the pillows with elbows straight and fingers facing each other, lean on the table.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, bend the elbows away from each other and try to reach the chest to the table maintaining chin tuck. Breathe out, push the table, straighten the elbows and back to starting position. Repeat.
