Exercise - Theraband Neck Side Bend




Do not release chin tuck or shrugs shoulders or move the holding hand.

Position : Stand
Stand, loop the theraband around the forehead and hold both ends of the theraband on one side of the forehead.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, maintaining the hand position, side bend the neck in the direction opposite to the holding hand. Breathe in, move the neck back to starting position. Repeat.
