Exercise - Ulnar Deviation




Do not move the forearm or elbow

Position : Sit
Sit, elevate the arm to 90 degrees forward, bend the elbow such that wrist is close to the ear and little finger pointing the ceiling making a fist.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, move the hand towards the ceiling. Breathe in, lower the wrist back to starting position. Repeat.
