DIRECTIONS

Position : Q-ped
Kneel in front of a pillow, lean forward placing both hands on the pillow such that wrists under the shoulders and knees under the hips.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, gently shift weight on one hand. Hold. Breathe in, shift weight on the other hand. Repeat and alternate the sides.
