Exercise - Wrist End Range Little Finger Deviation Isometric




Do not move the elbow or twist the wrist.

Position : Sit
Sit, elevate the shoulder to 90 degrees and bend the elbow, move the wrist towards the ceiling, place the other hand on the little finger.


Form & Movement
Maintain blades set and chin tuck. Breathe out, move the wrist in the direction of the ceiling against the resistance of the other hand. Hold. Breathe in, release the resistance. Repeat.
