DIRECTIONS

Position : Sit
Sit on a chair/stool, bend the elbow, rest the forearm on the thigh with thumb pointing towards the ceiling making a fist, move the wrist towards the ceiling and place the other hand on the thumb.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the wrist more towards the ceiling while resisting the motion using the other hand. hold. Breathe in, release the resistance. Repeat.
