Do not move the elbow or shoulder or twist the wrist.

Position : Sit
Sit, rest the forearm on the thigh with thumb pointing towards the ceiling, make a fist, move the hand towards the floor and rest the other hand on the top of the wrist.


Form & Movement
Maintain blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the wrist towards the ceiling against the resistance of another hand. hold. Breathe in, release the resistance and back to starting position. Repeat.
