Exercise - Wrist Mid Range Thumb Deviation Isometric




Do not move the elbow or shoulder or twist the wrist.

Position : Sit
Sit on a chair/stool, bend the elbow, rest the forearm on the thigh with thumb pointing towards the ceiling making a fist and place the other hand over the thumb.


Form & Movement
Maintain blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the wrist towards the ceiling while resisting the motion using the other hand. Hold. Breathe in, release the resistance. Repeat.
