Exercise - Ankle Pump with Knee Extension




Do not rotate the hip or foot or lock the knee.


Position : Supine
Lie on the back, legs straight forward and toes pointing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, move the foot towards you. Breathe in, move the foot away from you. Repeat.
