Exercise - Back Kick On 4s




Do not arch or round the back or drop the hips.

Position : Q-ped
On 4s such that wrist under shoulders and knees under hips.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, squeeze the buttock and kick one leg backward straightening the knee. Breathe out, lower the leg to starting position. Repeat by alternating the legs.
