Exercise - Equal Weight Bearing on Wall and Pillow




Do not bend/lock the elbow


Position : Stand
Stand facing the wall, elevate the arms to 90 degrees forward and rest the fingers on the pillow placed on the wall.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rest the palms on the pillow and lean on it with elbows straight putting equal weight on both hands. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat.
