Exercise - Great Toe Extension




Do not lift all the toes/ankle or curl them.

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair with feet on the floor.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, lift the great toe towards the ceiling. Breathe in, lower it on the floor. Repeat.
