DIRECTIONS

Position : Prone
Lie on the stomach with arms by the side such that thumb pointing towards the floor.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the blades, elevate the arm toward the ceiling. Breathe in, lower the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
