Do not arch the back or shrug the shoulders

Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side with arm by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck and core set. Breathe out, squeeze the blades towards each other and in the direction of the floor. Hold. Breathe in, release the squeeze. Repeat.
