Exercise - Single Hand Wall Push with Pillow




Do not shrug the shoulders or round the mid-back

Position : Stand
Stand in front of the wall, elevate the affected arm to 90 degrees forward and rest the hand on the wall keeping the elbows straight and place a pillow under the hand.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, push the wall trying to round the shoulder. Hold. Breathe in, release the push and un-round shoulder. Repeat
