Exercise - Sitting Theraband Inversion




Do not move the foot up/down or move the legs.


Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, knees bend to 90 degrees and tie one end of the theraband to the foot and the other end to the stable surface on the same side of the foot.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck and core set. Breathe out, move the ankle towards the body by pulling the theraband. Breathe in, release the pull and move the foot away from the body. Repeat.
