DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand against a wall, rest the back on it, elevate the arms to 90 degrees by the side and bend the elbows to 90 degrees such that hands facing forward.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the arms towards the ceiling keeping the elbows stable. Breathe in, rotate the arm back to starting position. Make sure the blades are in contact with the wall throughout the exercise. Repeat.
