DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand against the wall, rest the back on it, place elbow close to the trunk and bend it to 90 degrees.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the affected arm away from the body. Breathe in, rotate the arm back to starting position. Make sure the blade is in contact with the wall throughout the exercise. Repeat.
