DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand against the wall with the back resting on the wall, elbow closed to the trunk, bend the elbow to 90 degrees with hand facing forward.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, rotate the arm towards you without moving the elbow. Breathe in, rotate the arm back to starting position. Make sure the back is in contact with the wall throughout. Repeat.
