DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand next to a wall, elevate the arm to 90 degrees by the side keeping the elbow straight, place a ball between the hand and the wall.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, push the ball in direction of the wall. Maintaining the push make circles using the ball in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction. Repeat.
