DIRECTIONS

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with legs straight forward such that toes pointing towards the ceiling, arms crossed over the chest.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blade set and core set. Breathe out, lift the leg off the floor by 1 inch and move the leg away from the body keeping the knee straight. Breathe in, move the leg back towards the body back to starting position. Repeat.
