DIRECTIONS

Position : Prone
Lie on the stomach, arms hanging by the side of the bed towards the floor.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the blades elevate the arms overhead with thumb pointing towards the ceiling. Breathe in, lower the arm towards the floor visit cbdschool. Repeat.
